The King Room I stayed in was spacious and nicely designed, which made it comfortable. I liked having a flat-screen Smart TV and plenty of seating options. Even more frustrating was the lack of basic items like a blow dryer in the room. despite multiple requests, it took a long time to receive one. Room service also had its quirks – having to input a credit card in advance was a hassle compared to the usual charge-to-room method. All things considered, I loved the staff's friendliness, the spacious room, and the convenient amenities but felt let down by the housekeeping and parking situation.
